Getting help
The fastest way to reach us is the Messages tab inside the app — it goes straight to the team working on your videos, and they can see the project you're asking about.
If you can't sign in, or you'd rather email, write to matt@thecreatormode.com. We answer within one business day.
Signing in
Creator Mode is invitation-only. Your video team creates your account before you can sign in, using the email address they hold for you.
- "Access not available" when you sign in — you're almost certainly using a different email address from the one your invitation was sent to. Try the other addresses you use for work.
- Forgotten password — use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. The reset link works in whichever browser or device you open it on.
Writing a script and filming it
Most videos start in Planner. Each idea there can be turned into a full script, written in your own voice from what you've told us about your business, so you can film it without having to work out what to say. Open a script to read or edit it before you film.
Already seen a video you'd like your own version of? AI Tools → Script Writer takes the link and rewrites it as a script in your voice — same shape, your words.
Film it on your phone, then upload it under Files — your editor takes it from there. You'll be asked for permission to use the camera and to reach your photo library the first time you do this.
Common questions
Where are my finished videos? Under Final Edits. You can watch them there or save them to your phone's photo library.
How do I save a video to my phone? Open the video and tap Download. The first save of a given video takes a few seconds while the full-quality file is prepared — after that it's instant. You'll be asked for permission to add to your photo library the first time.
How do I leave feedback on a cut? Open the video from All Videos and add a comment. Comments are pinned to the exact second you're watching, so your editor knows precisely what you mean.
Why can't I see a video my team says is ready? Videos appear once your editor sends them for review. If the status says you're the next step and there's nothing to watch, message your team.
Accounts and data
Deleting your account — Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account. Ask your team first if your videos still matter to you.
