Creator Mode Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Creator Mode. By clicking "I accept" you agree to the following terms between you ("Client") and Creator Mode ("we", "us").

1. What the service is

Creator Mode is an app and a production team working together. We interview you about your business, write scripts in your voice, prompt you through filming them on your phone, edit the footage, design matching slide posts, and — if you connect your accounts — schedule the results to go out.

What's included depends on your plan. Editing, coaching and posting are services delivered by people, not guaranteed software outputs.

2. Your free trial

Signing up is free and does not require a card.
Your first video is free. That is the whole trial — one video.
Trial videos are edited on a 12-hour first-draft target.
There is no obligation to subscribe, and we won't charge you unless you choose a plan.

3. Plans, billing & your video allowance

Paid plans are billed in advance through a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Each plan includes a set number of videos per month: Package 1 (5), Package 2 (12), Package 3 (22).
Unused videos roll over for 12 months from the month they were granted. They are a balance, not a use-it-or-lose-it quota.
After every 6 months' worth of delivered videos, we add a further month's worth to your balance at no charge.
Six-month and annual prepayment are the same plan bought in a longer block, at the discount shown at checkout.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't issue partial refunds, and unused video balance is forfeited at cancellation.
Purchases are made on our website. Nothing is sold inside the iOS app.

4. Turnaround & revisions

First-draft targets are measured from the moment an editor picks the project up, not from when you submit it: 72 hours on Package 1, 48 hours on Packages 2 and 3, and 12 hours during your trial. These are targets we work to, not guarantees.
Rounds of changes included per video: one on Package 1, two on Packages 2 and 3. Further rounds are billed at the per-round price shown in the app before you confirm them.
We may pause your queue if a project has been waiting on your feedback for more than 7 days.

5. Publishing to your accounts

Connecting a social account is optional and entirely your choice.
When you connect one, you authorize us to schedule and publish the posts you have approved to that account on your behalf.
Nothing is published without your approval. You approve each video and each set of slides before it can be scheduled.
The one-week review window. So your content never stalls, a video that has been waiting on your review for more than 7 days may be treated as approved and scheduled on your behalf. We remind you before that happens, and you can always pull a post from your calendar afterwards.
You can disconnect an account at any time; we stop posting immediately and anything already queued can be cancelled from your calendar.
Your accounts remain subject to the rules of the platforms they're on. We can't control, and aren't responsible for, a platform's decisions about your content or your account.

6. Content & intellectual property

You own your raw footage, your final deliverables, your slide designs and the brand assets you upload. That doesn't change.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transform your content purely to deliver the service — editing, transcription, AI analysis, scheduling and analytics.
We may cite anonymised, aggregated performance data (e.g. "our clients' videos averaged 2x views in 30 days"). We will not show your content, your name or your brand publicly without asking you first.
You confirm you have the right to everything you upload, including permission from anyone identifiable who appears in it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't submit content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks the rules of the platforms it's destined for. We may decline or remove content that does.

8. AI, and what it means for you

Parts of this service are generated by AI: scripts, slide copy, captions, suggested ideas, transcripts and voiceovers.
AI output can be wrong. It can misstate a fact, invent a detail, or simply not sound like you. You are the last check before anything is published — please read what you're approving.
Anything with your name on it is published only after you approve it.
We use third-party AI providers to deliver these features, and your content is sent to them for that purpose only. We do not sell your content, and we do not permit it to be used to train third-party models.

9. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages at the infrastructure and social platforms we depend on are outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (lost profits, lost views, missed opportunities).

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or a breach of Section 7. On termination you keep your final deliverables — download them before your access ends — and we retain anonymised usage data.

12. Your data

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, from your account settings or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your personal details; anonymised records we're required to keep for accounting may remain.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will trigger a re-prompt at your next sign-in. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
